First Visit Your first visit to Reinholtz Family Chiropractic includes:
Depending on your particular pain or disorder, your chiropractic treatment plan may include recommendations for acupuncture and/or massage therapy sessions. All treatments are performed in our office. There is a one-time new patient fee due at the first visit. Subsequent visits are usually covered under your insurance plan or you can participate in one of our direct payment plans. Contact Judy at the front desk for more information. Insurance and Payment Options Reinholtz Family Chiropractic accepts most HMO and PPO insurance plans and offers multi-visit payment plans for our patients. If you have any questions, contact Judy at the front desk.Appointments Appointments are available Monday through Friday and some Saturdays by calling our office (see left sidebar for hours and phone number). Judy will usually answer the phone and take your appointment request directly. If not, leave a message; we check voicemail regularly and return calls promptly. We encourage calling ahead, but we will always try our best to accomodate you if need to see Dr. Reinholtz in a hurry.We also take appointments for our Massage Therapists, Merlin Trefethen and Belinda LaFleur.
